Alright girls. Now this plan is going to be really strict. This was originally for a anon that wanted to lose 10 pounds in 1 week. Now we all know that is unhealthy. But i can help you maybe lose 1-5 pounds. But the scale isn’t important. We want the outside to look good. You MUST follow every single detail for this to work. This is a quite the challenge, i tried this on one of my clients and it worked for her..see if i can work for you.
Diet-
Drink ONLY water this entire week. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
NO breads or pasta. (Not Including whole grains)
substitute vegetables/fruits for the week.
Sugar and Salt are a no go.(Yes i understand you can’t get rid of them completely but you need to have less of them as possible.)
Eat Salmon or Tuna Everyday For lunch.
Eat Oatmeal or Egg whites for breakfast everyday all week.
Eat Half a cup daily of avocados
2,000-3,000 Calories a day.
PS.Get 7-8 Hours of sleep everyday.
Exercise
You MUST do this exercise TWICE a day everyday.
1. Sprints: 6-8 Sets of 60 sec sprints. PUSH IT.
2. Burpees : 200 (I want you JUMPING When you come up)
3.High Knees: 1 minute
4.Crunches: 50
5.Russian Twists: Do these till you can’t do anymore.
7.Plank: Hold for a minute.
8.Squats: 50 (When you come up JUMP)
9.Leg Raise-Hold For a minute.
10.Push Ups- 20 ( And i mean 20)
3 Sets.
You aren’t done yet.
Carioca-1 minute
Jumping Jacks-10
Toe Touch-5
All this for a week.
